Can I cancel or change a reservation through the website?

No. Please call 1-800-363-1013 or email info@bostonexecutivecoach.com to make changes to your reservation with your account representative.

 

How can I find out which cities Boston Executive Coach offers service?

We offer service in over 500 cities around the world. Please contact us at 1-800-363-1013 or email info@bostonexecutivecoach.com to inquire about a destination.

 

My preferred airport or city is not listed.

We service many small airports and are adding new cities regularly. Please contact us at 1-800-363-1013 or email info@bostonexecutivecoach.com if your preferred city or airport is not listed.

 

What type of vehicles can I reserve?

We offer a wide variety of vehicles designed to accommodate single passengers, small groups of passengers, and larger passenger groups. If you have a large group, please contact us at 1-800-363-1013 for bus reservations.

 

Why can’t I book my reservation online?

Please check to make sure that you filled in all the required fields on the form. Asterisks (*) indicate required fields. These fields must be filled in completely for the form to be transmitted. If you have filled in all the required fields and are still having trouble, please call 1-800-363-1013 and we can assist you with your reservation.

 

I am receiving an error message that says: “The credit card expiration date must be in the future and after the trip segment(s)."

We require that the credit card expiration date be in a month following the date of service. For example, a date of service of January 15, 2017 requires a credit card expiration date of 2/2017 or greater.
